Whenever you wake up is your morning
Half a year's worth of excuses or six months of progress. You choose.
I am in the thick of it.
My unoptimised life is drowning me. I am broke, heartbroken, not exercising, and lacking a sense of self.
And it is all my fault.
My habits, at present, do not serve me. The solution is obvious: I must build sustainable mental resilience, trustworthiness, and physical strength.
Hence this blog. The 24-hour person is a concept from the Apple TV show Swagger. It refers to a dependable, ten-toes-deep person. The sort of person I need to be if I am to ever live life as I desire.
Here’s the day plan I have drafted for myself. Every day, without fail, I will follow this plan, for six months.
For all of those six months, I have only one goal - to do what I say I will.
No running. No flaking. No ghosting.
On Friday evenings, I’ll come here and write whatever I want.
That’s it. If, like me, you are a serial fuck up who can no longer stomach your role in making your life the miserable mess it is, this is your signal to do something about it.
I’ll go live on Instagram every morning for my pilates session as a starter into accountability.
